Pre-Thanksgiving Post Deal Time to Insert Random Words Into This Title Without Making Any Coherent Sense

Well, I got new bass strings, which feel so much better than my old ones, so gaining the willpower to post here was kind of a challenge. So, I guess I will tell you what's been up, what's going on, and what's going to happen. You could say it's the three paragraphs of day before thanksgiving- dammit. I tried to make a christmas Carol reference there, but it was too wordy. Sorry about that, moving on:

What's been up? Well, where should I start? My heart is like Samuel L. Jackson and Bruce Willis, and is Unbreakable, or at least to the extent of my knowledge. I found the end of a major sewer system here in A-Town. I've been living mostly on Ramen and whatever sandwich I can throw together in two minutes flat, and 2% Milk. I got a smiley face watch, as aforementioned. I memorized Invictus by William Ernest Henley, and recited it to close to the best of my ability for Poetry Out Loud. I watched Se7en, and part of The Shawshank Redemption, which I need to see (possibly future?). I ate my first Pannini at lunch today, and it was awesome. I changed my bass strings and used the old ones to make an army men zip line in my room, complete with helicopter banking up sharply. I made a Zune charger using an old Zune cable and an old Cell Charger for a phone that I no longer have, using only a butterfly knife and hemostats, and it works. I picked up some buck-fifty Halloween/Christmas lights at a dollar store, which was a great deal. I finally finished a game of monopoly, my first ever! I then crashed at Nemo's house, jamming on guitars and listening to music and debating over existential quandaries until four in the morning this weekend, and I made it through a day of school today, one filled with loathing and self-doubt and wracked with the pain and isolation of my pitiful meaningless existence.

What's going on? I'm wondering if anyone got the Weird Al reference in that last line. I'm apologizing for making lists, and not adding any links, but I am really tired right now. Battling with ZoneAlarm for control of my computer and access to the internet, now currently realizing that it's just that my router is garbage. Back online. I'm working on making Dead Drop number four, but I'll  need more flash drives after this... I resisted the urge again to go onto the Facebook, and am determined to finish this post. I'm thinking about what to write here, and am just typing words and the occasional numeral at this point. I am dreadfully far behind on my homework, and am listening to Joe Strummer & the Mescalereo's Streetcore for probably the tenth time. This album is amazing. And at a lack of anything else to say, would politely like to ask you to dinner this coming Saturday, provided I am back in town. Wondering why "implore" seems to have such negative connotations, because of the similarity to "deplore"?

Plans for the future, I'm going out of town for Thanksgiving, and need books to read. If you have any suggestions, I implore you to post in the comments. I am going to go to sleep soon, because I am incredibly tired. Hopefully I will get new pickups for my bass, so that it is super sexy, and good, hopefully. I'm the one bringing doughnuts to the party in Bio tomorrow! Hooray! Doughnuts! I am hopefully going to get new batteries for my camera, because I am out of that supply. Also need to get Inkheart, because that book has disappeared from my bookshelf. Drat. I, uh, wish I could say something really cool, but I'm so tired. I plan on just getting a bunch of army men, and having a super-intense army man battle over the break, and would like to get that Dead Drop done and set in stone. Hopefully, I've used that word so much in this post, christ, I can do all of those things if I just put in a little effort, the only hopefully is hopefully I can open up my heart a little and someone will return the gesture. But apologizing for that last sentence, that was Nemo's territory and I am backing off. Also, I need to fix my tuning peg, because as of now, my bass only has three...

Well, thank you all for reading, and have a good night.

Various Thoughts and a Story?!

Well, in case you were wondering about the story part, that poll that a lot of you filled out, on stories I should write, the results were to close to call. While dinosaurs won, with 3 votes, there were three other topics that got two votes, Spacemen, Musketeers, and Renaissance. Unfortunately for Cowboys and Adventure, they only got one vote each. So, Thanks to all of you participating, and I have 15 followers!! Thanks to all of you guys, even the fictional ones! But, now to some various thoughts!

  • Well, I'm watching the Olympic Snowboardcross events. Snowboardcross? Really? Wikipedia, and Comedic Viewing Guide. I'm going to be making jokes about this for weeks...
  • I remember when it snowed before winter break. I was walking down a street that usually is full of traffic, completely abandoned. I kept walking, and the streets where deserted. Every once in a while I would see a lone figure through the curtains of snow, and they would just stare back. It was definitely what it would be like in a post-apocalyptic scenario...
  • Well, I sent in my order form to Plan-it-x, the Super Sale Pack thingamajig. I hope it arrives soon!
  • I was talking with my friend on that Facebook, and he said "My momma said stupid is as stupid does." Of course, I had to reply with another Forrest Gump Quote, so I said, "MY momma said life is like a box of Chock-lots. You never know what'ch you're gonna get." While at typing this, I was looking at my profile, and saw that one of my friends had posted a response t a question about whether or not I would survive a horror movie. I've had many a conversation with the friend I was talking to on that subject exactly, so I told him to check #2 on my profile, the answer being the 2nd thing there. But, he must have gone to my info, and Forrest Gump was 2nd on my list of favorite movies. It was coincidental, If I do say so myself.
  • I realized, I know a lot of photographers. For instance, Crazydude's father is a photographer, and currently has an exhibit at the Art Center, you should check it out. My uncle works for the Detroit Free Press in the photography department, Nemo is a really good landscape photographer. Yep.
  • Are you down with O.P.P.? Are you?
  • My brother's car is majikal man. So, at 9 pm or so, we hopped in his car, and I was too lazy to put a jacket on before we left the house., so I was wearing just a T shirt and flannel. And pants of course. I was sitting in his car, and we were driving. I was breathing out, and I could clearly see my breath. Not like when you breathe hot air to try to see your breath, but just normally breathing. So, here I was sitting in his car wearing a flannel shirt and seeing my breath, but I wasn't cold. At all. It was so surreal! And now I'm convinced that his car is majikal.
  • Note to the guys: Yesterday was valentine's day, which gives you so many chances for getting girls to like you, or to just be a nice person. To begin with, it's valentine's day, so you don't have to beat around the bush to get to topics of relationships. A lot of people have had relationships end recently, compliments! And, some girls have never gotten a Valentine, so, if you hear this, it's time to man up and make a valentine. As such was my valentine's day. Oh, and I tried to add my middle name on Facebook, but they didn't believe me!
Ok, story time! So, I'm going to be doing 4 stories, because you guys are so darn indecisive! Haha, and I'll save the Dinosaur one for last, as the most people voted for it. I'm thinking about just writing an introduction, and whichever one people like the most I'll continue writing. Any thoughts on that? Comment below! Here's the Renaissance one:

His name was Galileo the Lesser. In 16th century Venice, he was virtually unknown. He was determined to make a name for himself, no matter the consequences.
Taking pride in his latest act of thievery, Galileo calmly walked down the Avenue. HE heard shouts behind him, and turned around to see armor-clad swordsmen running towards him. He turned around and bolted towards the waterway. Galileo leapt off the bridge, right onto a dinghy filled with produce, and nearly capsized it on impact. He knocked the sailor out of the boat and took off, but he guards were still tailing him. He leapt off the boat, and hit the ground, hard. With no time to worry about his injuries, he sprinted across the boulevard, stepped up to the double doors, and calmly walked into the Cathedral...

"Today was a less bad day" - Nemo

Ok, so today, as I was on my way home, I noticed a fire hydrant, open. There was water spewing out of it! So, it was 95 degrees out and Nemo was talking about how hard water is to come by in the Austrailian Bush, and then we saw it. Reverting back to our youth, we ran into it, aw man, good times...

On a side note, we them walked into a 7-11, without shoes on, naturally, we were afraid that we'd get trown out. But the guy who worked there was actually really nice, and just said that we could get hurt or something. This brings up the question of lawsuits. To be perfectly honest, if I was stupid enough to cut myself on a peice of glass or something in a 7-11 or other buisness establishment for that matter, I wouldn't sue, I'd just think, "Wow, that was dumb of me." or something along those lines, really, who would sue for something like that? I mean, first, you'd have to hire a lawyer, which would cost alot, then you'd have to plead your case, and you know that the judge wouldn't side with you, so why would suing the establishment ever seem like a good idea?

Back to the fire hydrant, we went. We returned to the fire hydrant, and it was still spraying water, and we had an idea, so I ran to my house, and grabbed a bunch of newspapers. I came back, we made some boats, and dropped them in the river of water coming from the base. Then Nemo and I raced. He was ahead in the beginning, but my boat cut ahead. Then, they got stuck on the ground, but we pushed them a bit, and they got going again, and my boat was about to seize the victory, when it was kicked out of the stream by Person #3, in a technicality. Nemo has also posted about today on his blog.

Overall, it was a pretty good day.
